What breed of dog is small and low shed and were should I get it (cheap)?

We want a low or no shed (if one even exists) small dog, my mom doesn’t like pugs and we’ve taken chihuahua into the picture but not sure but chihuahuas are also pretty fragile. Also we need somewhere to get the dog cheap and healthy that doesn’t support puppy mills. So small dog, low shed, not very fragile (but possibly chihuahua), likes to cuddle and be active.

Shih Tzu
Boston terrier
Dachshund
Bichon Frise
West Highland Terrier
Do research to see if any would be suitable. Try www.petfinder.com – It’s a rescue website. They will have many, including puppies avaliable to you and in no way is it supporting BYB or puppy mills.

    If you need the dog to be inexpensive, how will you guys be able to afford the on-going expenses of food, vet care, toys, grooming…?
