On 9/11, not only citizens of USA but all the people of the world should pay homage to the innocents killed in the ‘twin towers of WTC’ in New York as well as in the four passenger planes highjacked that day!
All must take a resolve that those deaths should not go unavenged! Hence,a thorough probe be conducted and the guilty wherever they are be
brought before law an duly punished.
Thanks to the frequent intervention by US in world organisations’ activities,many problems do not see the light of the day!
The unchecked use of Veto by US in UNSC has let Israel play the role of "Bully of The Middle East’, with impunity.
Its close association with India has made India a target for Bom Blasts since 1993.
The setting up of Indo-Israeli working group (JWG) in 2000, to combat terrorism, have caused 18 bomb blasts in India in which 417 were killed and more than 2000 injured between 2003 and 2007!
Further, the Indo- Israli game plan to alter the balance of power not only in Middle East but also in Asia would affect India’s interests adversely.
So 9/11 0f this year should be a result-oriented
activity rather than a rehash of a pale and insignificant ceremony!

The same thing happened with me. Except it was under our neighbor’s shed. What we did was we fed the momma cat, but let her feed her kittens herself until they were older. If you want, bring them to a vet after they are comfortable with you. It may take a while. Get toys and play with them (if you plan on keeping at least one. If not don’t worry about it). Then after a week or so, whenever it starts raining, bring momma cat and her kittens inside. Make sure at least the kittens are in a cage if they are still scared. Then put up ads for free cat and/or kittens. You don’t need to call animal control. We didn’t. Don’t ignore them though! They need love and care especially since they are so young.

The cheapest way is to brush the dogs daily. You can do this yourself. Use a proper brush and use it correctly. You can pay a groomer to give a one time lesson in doing this. Do not over bathe your dogs. They should not be bathed any more then every other month unless they have a medical issue warrenting this be done more often. Make sure that your dogs are free of internal and external parasites. Finally feed a good quality meat based diets that has a correct amount of fat in it. Do not feed a low fat diet.

If you are not planning on taking care of everyone in your house, then gather them all up and take them to your local shelter – mom will be pregnant again within weeks of giving birth if she is left outside. And the chances of kittens surviving outside is not good.

no you should not unless one of them is specifically what you want
call the animal shelter have them pick them up
if you a really into that litter and they are Ferrel cats
have them taken care of ( check for a feral cat program) and put them back
they make great rodent control

I will do this answer as "cheap" .

Brush your dog once or twice a day depending on how much it sheds and how long the fur is.

If you can’t afford good dog shampoo then you can just use Head & Shoulders shampoo and conditioner, it works really good for making the fur healthy and shiny without the price of $20-10 dollars a bottle.
